Minto 775 Condos is well under construction as you can tell from the photos below. It won't be long before this corner will be bustling with new residents. Minto 775 Condo Construction Update

With King West being one of the most desired locations, there is no surprise that it's a complete construction zone. DNA3 Condos is under construction west of Minto 775, making the King Street strip a a very busy location.

Minto 775 is being built just slightly west of the King and Bathurst corner and is expected to have an occupancy of Spring 2013. There are a variety of units still available for sale at an incredible 15% deposit program.

Minto 775 Construction Update: February 3, 2012

Minto 775 is moving along quite steadily. A visit to the site today showed that they are well above ground at this point. This development will ultimately change the corner of King and Bathurst. With many great restaurants and lounges in the area the residents of Minto 775 are in for a treat!
