DNA3 Condos Construction Update: April 22, 2012

A quick visit to the DNA3 Condos construction site shows that excavation has begun! With this condo anticipated on being "the" condo in King West, it's completion is just a few years away. With only one level of underground parking, DNA3 Condos will be built very quickly. It's hard to believe that just a few months ago this lot was home to one of the best sales centre in the City of Toronto. DNA3 Condos

It appears as though the King West neighbourhood is in need of inventory. Not pre construction inventory, but condos that are ready to move into. It is for that reason that many are anticipating the construction and occupancy of DNA3 Condos located at the corner of King and Shaw.
